Traditionally, this artisanal rum was only produced in the French Caribbean. At Hamilton & Lafayette Distillery. We are creating the first fresh sugarcane rum on the U.S. Virgin Islands, and one of the first in the United States. Like Hamilton and Lafayette, we believe the best things happen when we work together. We’re taking the best know-how and the best ingredients from France and The United States, to make the first USVI rum, not made from molasses, but from freshly squeezed sugarcane juice.
